Dayliritual began with a simple question: Why does wellness have to feel so overwhelming?

As women navigating PCOS ourselves, we spent years trying different supplements, routines, and recommendations. Some felt overcomplicated, some weren't transparent, and many felt more like a medical routine than an act of self-care. We wanted something different - something clean, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoyable, with products that felt familiar and spoke to our desi palate.

So we created Dayliritual - your daily dose of self-love. We're on a mission to make wellness feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more enjoyable.

Meet The Founders

Our story started with a conversation we didn’t expect to have. While studying at IIM Mumbai, we opened up to each other about something we’d both been carrying quietly – PCOS. The more we talked, the more we realized just how many women were going through the same thing, often without support that felt simple, honest, or made for real, everyday life.

We tried so many products along the way – ones that tasted awful, used ingredients we couldn’t trust, or cost more than they were worth. Eventually, we decided to build something better ourselves. That’s how Dayliritual came to be: clean, thoughtful wellness products designed to support women through every stage of their journey, one small ritual of self-love at a time. Because no woman should have to navigate this alone.
